I liked the location on the Riverwalk.
This is a good hotel. Great location and pet friendly. The lower floors are very noisy.

Traveling with great grandchildren was a delight. The entire staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were terrific with both the small children.
Would highly recommend this hotel to adults, seniors, and families. The Kids back packs were, so cute and little ones really felt special upon check in.

The service was as good as the Ritz. Which is meant to be the bench mark.
Nothing, everything was very good.
Rooms very large, beds comfortable. Staff very well trained, I was surprised as I travel a lot and this was one of the best. Enjoyed the gym.

Very smooth checking into the hotel.
Very slow at getting our valet to bring our luggage to the car on check out.
The staff people were very polite and quick to help us. I do feel that the $29.00 a night to park there was highway robbery. There isn't any parking to unload, so your sort a forced to park in their garage.
